“Every catastrophe is an opportunity”
-Thomas Shelby
Yes, easy to say, hard to do, especially if you’re not a Peaky Blinder :P
But asking empowering questions can train your brain to think this differently,
to focus on possibilities rather than limitations, and to see obstacles as opportunities.
When you change the way you look at the “obstacle”, the “obstacle” changes.
This shift in mindset can have a profound impact on life, relationship business.
Thinking outside of the box can lead to innovative and efficient solutions.

A little bit about why answering these questions is so powerful in rewiring your brain:
Knowledge is power - but without action it is useless.
There is no point investing so much time in learning and searching for advice if you don't use that knowledge for something. Otherwise these pearls of wisdom are just passively sitting there, getting dusty.
Great conversations, movies, self development books, business books and even rap songs have inspired me to write them down over the course of 6 years. Every time I had an AHA! moment, I wrote it down and later I transformed it into a question that will help me practice it. It's based on what I learned from brain plasticity concepts, active learning, visualization, active meditation and repetitive exposure. All concepts I'm extremely fascinated with!
And now, instead of that frustrating thought of "I know what I should do, but I just don't don't know how to do it!" What once was passive knowledge now ignites my passions, my purpose, and my drive. And it will do so for you too (so I hope).
ENJOY
See you tomorrow with another question
Lulu
PS. don’t forget to practice every day, because that's where the magic of repetition happens
