Finally, a Mel Robbins and Dr. Jim Doti interview about scientific manifestation

Today, we will explore how a scientific principle can PROVE the law of attraction, and this will be interesting for all skeptics out there :)

Today’s question is brought to you by Geneva Tourism:

Did you know that the World Wide Web was born in Geneva, Switzerland? Indeed, the first version of the Internet cropped up at CERN in 1989.

Today the world-renowned center is home to the largest particle accelerator and to the CERN Science Gateway – a must-see hub for science enthusiasts that features hands-on exhibits, immersive virtual reality experiences, and live demonstrations.

Let’s talk about Science VS Belief… I would be curious to have an open conversation with you about it 😇

Ever noticed two distinct camps in the self-improvement world?

On one side, you have the evidence-driven rational people who usually prefer science and facts more than abstract ideas.

On the other, the law of attraction, faith, and spirituality advocates.

Where do you identify yourself?

It's just that not many people talk about this connection.

For some reason, in my research, I saw they rarely cross paths – like two parallel universes of thought. Cold VS warm. Strict VS artistic. Harsh VS soft. Realistic VS imaginary....

But finally, with more and more research and technology, we can see how science validates what spiritual practitioners have been saying all along for years. It's seems like after all of those years, they do get along.

Check out this video from a fascinating Interview with Mel Robbins and Dr. Jim Doty, a Stanford neurosurgeon.

This link will take you to minute 28:48 where the Dr. Jim reveals the surprisingly simple brain mechanism that turns abstract manifestation advice into concrete science training.

This basic neuroscience principle called “Neuroplasticity” turns abstract "manifestation" into concrete science.

It proves how small, consistent repetition of your best thoughts can physically reshape your brain's architecture to align with your goals.

He explains in simple words the whole concept behind what we do here with The 1 Minute question and repetition and why it's so impactful.

Even when you go back thousands of years - Aristotle's ancient Greek philosophy teaching that "we are what we repeatedly do" now aligns perfectly with modern neuroscience research on habit formation.

Or the famous saying by Buddha “What you think, you become, what you feel, you attract, and what you imagine, you create” that is considered a core principle of Buddhism (and a core principle behind our free tool that helps you stay consistent with your intentions with repetition), Is now proven by studies showing how our thoughts physically reshape our brain's neural pathways through Neuroplasticity.

I’m very inspired by their teachings in my work on this project and my research and I will share many more interesting research and videos with you about it.

Every day you practice your 1 minute question, you are connecting with your vision on a different level. The more you do it, the more it naturally becomes who you are.

Take a moment to think about your goal and focus on this question:

"If I were already the person who had achieved these goals, what daily decisions would I make differently?"

Just thinking about it creates it. Isn't it amazing?
