How to admire yourself

(1 Minute Exercise!)

Every small step counts and adds up.

The more you do something, the easier it gets to just keep doing it.

It's because you believe you can. It's because it's becoming part of your identity.

And that is my friend, pure and natural brain re-wiring. Today’s exercise will help with that.

It often happens without us controlling it.

Have you ever thought about how much power you have in designing your own identity?

Can you imagine how far you can go if you take control of your own beliefs about yourself?

(Rather than allowing societal norms, motivations that come and go, fleeting moods, drama, or social media to dictate it for you?)

When you make any action that supports what you want to believe in yourself, a conscious decision, again, and then again, and then again, it gets easier.

For example: "I am a healthy person, so I choose this natural juice instead of a Coca Cola.... "

Or: "I am a confident person, so I choose to not over-react to small things and let it slide - I don't need to prove anything to nobody, just myself )"

It's simple. We just tend to over-complicate things and let our emotions be the boss of the moment and decide for us.

So take a minute to go to heaven, be proud like a cat, and ask yourself...

"What kind of person do I need to be to think 'I admire myself'?"

And hey, you know you are that person. Otherwise, your negative self-thoughts will not bug you - They are here to move you towards action! Use it as a fuel.
