You don’t have to force yourself with affirmations, “I am happy, I am relaxed, I am productive”
Sometimes it creates the opposite effect
For me at least… If I am nervous, I can’t tell myself “I’m relaxed”, because I don’t believe in it. It feels fake. It feels “woowoo”…

But If you convert it to “How it feels…”, it’s not a question of belief.
It’s that your brain will not be able to ignore the question and will give you your desired answer.
You just have to focus. It’s a powerful active meditation.
So… pick it, what do you want to feel right now?
You become what you choose to focus on 🙂
Never forget your power!
