Just little things...
I just came back from a little street market.
I saw the seller was very shy when I approached and checked out her stuff, and looked at me like I was some kind of a superstar.
I immediately notice it.

She made me feel superior, but not in a good way. In a way, I think... "I didn't deserve it...I didn't do anything...It's her shop. Where's the rapport and welcoming feeling?"
It made me feel like she don't value what she is selling. Or that she is too shy to sell it.
If you act like you are embarrassed, or shy, you make the other person feel like you are not important or like they are better than you.
So be aware, and when you catch yourself shy/embarrassed, try to think...
"How would I act if I felt the opposite?"
