Why Time is NOT Money

Alex Hormozi shared in his (yet another) great video something interesting he noticed about his billionaire clients and other millionaires he knows - they all have one thing in common when it comes to their attention: they ruthlessly eliminate distractions and focus on just one thing at a time.

This video + exercise is packed with amazing insights about how we manage our attention versus our time.

It offers a refreshingly different perspective on productivity that I wanted to share with you, especially those who have so much going on recently.

Today's 1 minute exercise will help you practice single-pointed focus - the kind that clears the mental clutter and creates space for real breakthroughs.

If you try it, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Until next time,

~Lulu

P.S. Also, If you have ADHD like me, or generally find yourself jumping from one thing to another, this may be huge...

Google has a new AI note-taking app (completely free) where you can basically use it to organize everything you ever wrote/recorded. It's incredibly useful to get an overview of lots of data, extract information, identify patterns in your writing, study, learn about yourself, and so much more... Play with it ;)
