Let's say the enemies are internal... the way we interpret things... or anxiety...negative emotions...

Instead of fighting every single problem or person that comes your way directly, look for the most important points that are causing the issues. If you can focus on fixing those main points, it will be much easier and the other problems will basically solve themselves.

For example, let's say you're having a hard time waking up early for school.

Instead of struggling against being tired every single morning, find the main reason why you can't wake up - maybe it's because you're staying up too late, or not getting enough sleep.

Fix that one main point, and waking up early becomes a lot simpler.
