Running away to Netflix when you procrastinate? → Replace it with watching something on YouTube or a TED Talk that can help you progress your business or life
Social media → Maybe you can post about things that inspire you instead of posting pictures of yourself or follow other accounts for self-growth, so when you scroll through your feed, you're exposed to accounts that promote you instead of exposed to low-quality content that will not progress you in any? (social media depression is a real thing! It can have very negative effects on your mental health and spark jealousy, depression and low self-esteem...:( Read more about it here)
Wanna get a yummy but not-so-healthy snack? → Use this craving as a reward you get to earn, when you finish an important task.
