I'm a big lover of knowledge.

A bookworm. a nerd.

Learning makes me hungry.

After years of research on neuroplasticity, manifestation, spaced repetition, habits, and more, I've made an important realization:

The most effective strategy I found for starting a deep change is not to get super motivated or excited about a change - because motivation comes and goes in waves. You can't rely on that as your fuel. And the expectations can crush you.

The most effective way to change is to focus on the belief. I will explain.

But first- let's figure out if you know what you want. (many don't!) So take a moment to focus on this question:

If I had a magical portal gun that would open a portal to any reality you desire, what world would wait for me on the other side?

You have it?

Great.

The most effective and quickest way to get there is... to believe you can do it. The problem is that many of us do not really believe we can, and this is the true block.

So how do I move past this loophole?

Luckily, you have me not just explain how it works, but also make it as effortless as possible to practice it with my 1 minute question emails :) If you know what you want but don't truly believe you can, it's all good - you will just have to work in bits to give yourself proof you are that kind of person. (James clear is talking about this concept a lot).

For example -

~I am the kind of person that will do a workout every day.

~I am the kind of person who will say no to going out and getting drunk because it's not worth the hangover and I prefer to work on your dream

That involves habits, planning, and willpower of course.

You have to convince yourself you are that kind of person, with small "votes" towards it.

And here is where the magic of the law of attraction + science comes in...

You have to imagine what it feels and imagine what it's like to already have your desired outcome. It's not magic, and it's not a delusional whoo-whoo "I am a rich person" (When you actually poor or do not believe in it. You will create the opposite effect and more resistance this way.)

I'm not a fan of vague wishful thinking "I am" affirmations that are too far from the current reality, because to be honest I feel silly no matter how much I did it (and I have tried!),

but I'm still a sucker for big, ambitious dreams 😍

And that's why I prefer affirmations + questions. "How it feels to... "

Because it allows true visualization means living and breathing your goals as if they are already achieved.

So why does this "imagination" thing work?

It's because it combines a few fascinating natural and scientific concepts. When they work together, the results are just beautifully effortless and quick.

This deep immersion conditions your brain for change on a neurological level.

So how the mystical beautiful world of Manifestation combines with science?

~ Neuroplasticity shows our brains are wired to follow familiar neural pathways. Your brain imprints the associated patterns and rewires itself to whatever you repeatedly focus on.

~Manifestation and visualization rely on the principle that energy flows where focus goes. Vivid visualization draws your subconscious focus towards your goals. Immersing yourself in the emotions of your future state imprints motivation, priming you for action.

~Short, daily repetitions strengthen the neural connections, just as habits are formed through repeat behaviors. The more you visualize, the stronger those connections become - just like building habits. Repetition of the type of questions I'm sending every day (Spoiler: in my new upcoming membership you will be able to select the type of questions you want for your specific desires...That will blow your mind! )

Because you definitely have it :)

And use it!

That was a longer email, but I hope you enjoyed it.

See you on the other side ;)
